Dalmatian smoked ham is cured meat product that is produced by respecting the long tradition of making homemade smoked ham in Dalmatia. It is made from processed pork leg which is salted with sea salt, smoked and dried in the wind. Smoked ham is produced by recipes from ancient times and here the clime gives a refined taste and aroma to the product. Dalmatian smoked ham is protected with geographical indication on the market of European Union.
We offer to our guests going on a farm where they can taste a real homemade smoked ham. Besides tasting ham, we offer tasting others homemade delicatessens – sausages, bacon… With smoked ham it is necessary to drink a glass of good white or red wine.
